MLM Business Strategy - Abracadabra! How To Change a Failure Into A Success By Richard Dennis

Noel called this morning, looking for tips on how to do a radio interview. She is an amazing lady. I won't tell her age ... let's just say Noel qualified for Social Security quite a few years ago.

But she's not in a nursing home. And she's not watching soap operas. Instead, Noel rented space at a big product Expo for Brides, as part of her MLM business strategy, to sell $1 samples of her weight-loss product. Makes sense - I'll bet a lot of brides and their families want to lose weight.

This interview happened because the radio host came by Noel's booth and tried one of her sample network marketing diet products ... and liked it.

Noel was disappointed in the results of the Expo. Right next to her single table was a caterer with 5 tables, giving away free samples of various dishes and desserts. Noel didn't get many buyers.

But strange things happen when you put yourself out there and actually do something. One of the few people who bought Noel's product was this radio show host. He liked it a lot ... and now he will be interviewing her on his show.

Take a good look at this picture. This radio host has an audience of regular listeners who know, like and trust him. And he will be giving his testimonial about Noel's product to people who have bonded with him. What do you think that is worth?

That is a perfect marketing situation.

But it gets better. The host will send Noel a recorded copy of this interview which she can post on her website, or have it copied onto CD so she can hand out the interview to business and product prospects.

So look at the picture again. Noel went out to do an Expo. The result was a disappointment, a failure. And wrapped in the middle of that failure is an opportunity that could turn out to be a major success.

When you're out promoting your business and your products, good things happen that you cannot predict.

What if someone close to Noel had said, "Noel, you won't get any MLM business from this Expo." And what if she believed them and didn't go?

They would have been right. But it does not matter.

Many times in my network marketing career I had a 100% failure that somehow, some way, led to success. So the key is to do something ... and then, when an opportunity like this interview comes up, figure out ways to leverage it.

How can you do something and then use it over and over and over and over again? This radio interview could become a salesman-soldier for Noel ... always out there selling for her, working for her, fighting for her, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week ... all resulting from something she did that was a total failure!

And it doesn't end there. I am leveraging Noel's failure, writing about failure as an MLM business strategy in this article. So Noel's failure will generate more visitors to my website and my blog. Noel's failure will ultimately help me build a bigger business.

Oh, man! What could possibly be more exciting than a good solid failure?

So the key to success is, go out and fail more often (and then be sure to tell me about it - I want in on that action!)
